SHIPPING: Most of our items are shipped within 48 business hours (Monday - Saturday) after the orders are placed. You can expect most packages to be delivered to their destination within 5-10 business days from the ship date. We ship most items through UPS Ground. Occassionally we will ship using other methods. Overnight shipping is available upon request for the continental U.S. only. All overnight orders received after 1pm EST will be considered next business day and ship accordingly. Sales Tax is only charged for merchandise shipped to destinations inside New York. Sorry, we can not ship to a PO Box.

RETURNS: We make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience any problem, question or concern regarding your purchase, please contact us immediately. Products sold by are covered by our 30-day return period, unless otherwise noted. Policies regarding products that are not covered by the 30-day return period are specified on the items' individual pages. Please direct all technical questions to the manufacturer of your product. Here is the steps you need to do for your product return:
  • Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please have your Item Number and Order Number available.
  • RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 30 days from the date the product was shipped. After 30 days, all product returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider.
  • All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
  • A note must be enclosed stating the reason for the return and the original date of purchase.
  • All return items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box and/or bag, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.
  • If, upon customer receipt, the package is found to be damaged or tampered with, the customer must immediately notify within five (5) days. We will then file a freight damage claim with the carrier involved.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
  • International buyer pays both ways shipping for returns.
  • All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
